First off a little HeADs Up that we will NOT be taking anymore orders during

MARCH or APRIL

We are chalk full! But no worries for those that are craving a whimsy cupcake and have not yet placed an order- we will be at {in our opinion} two of the most Creative and Eclectic Spring markets this side of the rocky's! Piper and Chloe April 13 & 14 th in SLC and  Scraps of Simplicity  April 21st in West Haven.

Now onto other business- like the fact that I was 15 feet away from a pod of gray whales and a humpback whale and her baby!We got to sit in a tiny little panga right next them and be in absolute awe as we watched them move effortlessly through the water. We also got to swim with sea lions, observe a TON of sharks in the warm shallows getting ready to mate and  see hundreds of dolphins jumping playfully through the air all that among the zip lines, great food,  snorkeling & relaxing on the most beautiful beaches with good friends- ah it was heaven!

Home sweet home!

This is the house we stayed in

and that is our beach right below- there was hardly any one there it was really "our" beach



the largest yacht in north america was docked next to us- equipped with a helicopter and all-
 it was pretty amazing!

 Cam climbed the tree and fetched us a few coconuts to drink!

 Aimee didn't love the fish and Mike ate it's eyeball...

learn to make a Girly Ruffle Bed Skirt

Hey guys Sorry I have slacked on this blog quite a bit- crazy holidays!! It doesn't help that I have had the flu- it was a killer but quick with a lot of help from my magic moon tonic :) and of course my sweet hubby and mom and sis!
Here is a fun ruffle bed skirt tutorial from little cherry blossoms! She has a lot of other fun ones on there too and a giveaway right after this post so check them out- HERE I am working on some vintage sweater and lace legs and lace boot cuffs for little cherry blossoms this week so go stock up for Christmas! They are my favorite accessory to put on indie and so fun on the older girls- they add so much to any little dress or skirt or leggings! For those out of area I don't think I will be able to add more before Christmas to my Etsy store- sorry they seem to get sold before I can add them- if you are in dire need email me and I will see what I can do! :)

The Legs :)

So many ideas in my head for ruffle legs and leg warmers- trying to sew them all is another story! :) I opened my Etsy store back up-lots of fun styles and many more I need to add- here are a few picts.. Really loving the big chunky sweatery ones ( is that a word?) on Bella

I am also making boot socks for kids- with a little twist so the socks don't need to be so long- Gracie is wearing them here- hopefully I will have a stash ready soon ! :)

A Fun little Boutique

We will have our cupcakes at a fun little boutique in North Ogden- we have had a crazy schedule { and it is Jens bday-give her a celebratory high five is ya see her :) } so there are only about 4 dozen there- get them while you can! Open House and Ruffle legs!

La La Lovely Open HOuse!

The most unique and cute scarves, boot socks, clothes, slips and skirts you have ever seen! Minky blankets, Hair pretties and of course CUPCAKES! We will be doing all the Fav's and yummy holiday flavors. November 5th 10- 4 pm 1774 Grandview Dr. Farmington Utah

I promise yummy cupcakes will for sure be there and I will try my best to get some ruffle legs done as well! For those wanting some before that they are also at Little Cherry Blossoms ( just the white ones for now). I will have cream, gray, brown, light blue and vintage pink of the ruffles I will try and get the lacey, boucle and sweater ones done also! I have a ton of new styles I am working on- we shall see if they are there :) hopefully! I will be opening my etsy store back up next week if I am caught up on orders :)

They look Super with little flats and a skirt or over tights!

It just makes my day to watch my one year old walk around in these-
